Privacy Policy
Titus Off Road · Updated 7 August 2026
Titus collects no data. Everything it records stays on your device.
Foxbit Software Ltd. built Titus Off Road as a paid app with no in-app purchases. Titus is an off-road trail recorder. It has no accounts, connects to no server of ours, and contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking code.
What we collect
Nothing. We do not collect, store, transmit, or sell any personal information. There is no account to create and no profile to fill in. The app bundles no analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, and no third-party trackers.
Location, motion, camera, and microphone
Titus asks for location, motion, camera, and microphone access because recording a trail needs them: position and altitude draw your track, the motion sensors read pitch and roll, and the camera and microphone record the dashcam video you asked for.
Each is used only while you are using the app, and only for those features. Nothing captured is sent to us — we operate no servers to send it to.
Apple Maps and Apple Weather
Map imagery comes from Apple Maps and conditions come from Apple Weather. To fetch them your device shares your coordinates with Apple, governed by Apple's privacy policy rather than this one. We never receive that data.
Purchases
Titus is a one-time purchase from the App Store. Apple handles the transaction and we never see your payment details.
Data storage
Recordings, trails, and settings are stored only on your device, and in your personal iCloud backup if you have device backups switched on — which Apple manages, not us. Video you export or share leaves the app only where you send it.
Children
Titus Off Road collects no data from anyone, including children.
